Saige Davis has been practicing yoga & meditation for about 25 years. Her yoga and meditation journey has been instrumental in carrying her through extended periods of fibromyalgia, chronic back pain, and sports injuries. In addition to her commitment to therapeutic yoga and mindfulness meditation, Saige is also a long time student of Unity, Zen Buddhism, QiGong, The Feldenkrais Method and Somatic movements as developed by Thomas Hanna.
